Meet Simon - He grew up in Manchester's cold rain, guided only by his instincts, ambition, and drive to build something meaningful.

His path to property development in Chamonix was jagged to say the least, spanning sales, recruitment, club promotion, the Manchester School of Acting, and fronting two well-known Manchester bands.

His chaotic upbringing and ADHD fuel his obsession with systems and processes.

At ODD., Simon is the resident wordsmith and acts as the bridge between creative rebellion and high-performance execution.

While Angelique and Amandine lead design, Simon ensures the ODD. vision is seen by the world, and navigates the unsexy essential data that protects our investors' impressive returns.

He’s always done things differently and uses that experience and versatility to give Angelique the space to have the ideas that drive us and to create without limits.

So she can ensure that every ODD. home meets our high standards, is built for real lives, and is a certified memory-maker!

He’s finally found a place that feels like home, and wants to bottle that and share it with as many people as possible.

Meet Amandine - Interior designer, creative powerhouse and one of the kindest, most optimistic souls you’ll meet.

Originally from Paris, she swapped city bustle for the fresh mountain air and wide-open spaces of the Alps with her firefighter husband and two sons.

Before joining ODD., Amandine spent years in the fashion world, helping women feel their most beautiful in lace and silk.

She chose to work for women, and her most memorable chapters were spent working alongside bridal designer Elise Hameau and serving as the welcoming face of Maison Caroline Takvorian’s Paris showroom.

That time refined her eye and showed her how to turn emotion into form, ideas into reality.

She’s endlessly curious, heartfelt, and thrives on juggling projects, ideas and inspiration.

Her path to ODD. was pure serendipity: She fell in love with an apartment for sale in the centre of town, and Angelique happened to be the architect who designed it.

A few coffees later, she joined the team.

Her Parisian eye, warmth, and sense of flow made her a natural fit.

She brings her unique magic to every project, reflecting our belief: design begins with people.

Through ODD., she rediscovered the spontaneity and creativity of her Parisian days.

She sees spaces as soulful reflections of who we are - full of intimacy, emotion and that unmistakable feeling of ‘coup de cœur’.

She finds inspiration in Danish minimalism, Alpine life, and the stories of vintage pieces.

Her dream is to design an eco-resort where families can reconnect with nature.

Barefoot, free and surrounded by beauty that feels as good as it looks.
